Independent Living Program
Ensuring that foster youth are prepared to ‘age out’ of the foster care system, SAFY offers the Independent Living Program. Youth are given the necessary skills to live on their own, such as financial management, career/educational planning, tax preparation, budgeting and other life skills. SAFY strives to make the transition into adulthood as smooth as possible.
